All artworks are physical pieces. We do not currently offer NFTs.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.

Australia-wide Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available on all prints and original artworks under 120cm.

Large artworks over 120cm are shipped via specialist courier to ensure safe delivery. Shipping for these pieces is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
Currently available to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and New Zealand.

International Shipping Rates (per artwork)
Framed original artworks — $150 AUD
Rolled original artworks — $50 AUD
Prints — $40 AUD

Please note: Mz Lew Art does not cover any import taxes or customs duties, this is the buyers responsibility on receipt of the artwork.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or on discounted/sale items. 

Faulty/Damaged Items

All original artworks are thoroughly checked before leaving the studio and packaged with care. Great care is also taken when photographing all original artworks, due to the raw nature of Lew's work, many layers and brush marks are made and may not at times show in photos. Please take this into account. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

All fine art prints are sent directly to you by our chosen print partner. They are very experienced and provide great attention to detail + quality. When receiving your print in the mail, be careful when taking it out of its package, if rolled in a tube avoid tugging on one spot or pinching with your nails. Keep the acid free paper on top of the print if storing away. To prepare it for framing, roll out your print with the acid free paper and lay some clean soft folded towels on top of the acid free paper + print so the weight will flatten it down. Then frame as desired.  

In the very unlikely event your item has been damaged in transit please email us at hello@mzlew.art with a photo of the damaged package and artwork within 48 hours. Include your order number so that we can work out a solution.
